A new 36,000 sq ft retail destination cornering Oxford Street and Charing Cross Road.

One Oxford Street forms part of Soho Place, a landmark mixed-use scheme comprising 200,000 sq ft of offices, new public realm and a 40,000 sq ft theatre, the first in the West End for 30 years.

One Oxford Street will also benefit from the forthcoming Elizabeth line in autumn 2019.

The scheme continues the regeneration of Oxford Street and completes the transformation of the areas retail offer.
