One Oxford Street is part of the Soho Place development by Derwent London, a new 285,000 sq ft destination for London with offices (pre-let to Apollo Global Management and G-Research), retail, theatre (pre-let to Nimax Theatres) and public realm leading directly through to Soho Square.

The five new retail units over ground, lower ground and first floors total 35,600 sq ft.
